Journey into a more gracious era at Vintage à la Mode. Entering our boutique, located on San Francisco’s exclusive Sacramento Street, feels like walking onto a classic movie set. Every item, from vintage attire to antiques, is meticulously edited and merchandised. Every period is represented from Victorian wedding attire to 1940’s velvet gowns, 1950’s smart fashion, 1960’s mod, designer suits and even a special “little black dress” section. We feature handbags, jewelry, vanity items, and home decor from many decades. If you are looking for a perfect couture piece for a special event, make us your first stop. We firmly believe that vintage should be worn for any occasion: whether a bangle with jeans, a charming hat that makes an outfit pop, or even fancy gloves for cold weather jogging!

Owner Springer Teich adorns herself in vintage every day. Beauty is her business and her passion. She knows the importance of finding elegance everywhere in one's environment. In her twenties she began refurbishing and designing homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her work has been published in international magazines and television.

Vintage à la Mode is available to dress you or your entire party in any fashion era you desire. Recently a lady of a certain age visited the store and exclaimed “We do not see ladies dressed like this anymore.” At Vintage à la Mode we hope to change that.
